Well, it finally happened Clay Bennett found a price Seattle would take and see ya Sonics. What a huge bummer, I'm not really a big fan but I can't believe this is happening. I really hope they get a team here and I'm really fed up with these local politicians, I think for the first time ever I may vote for a Republican for local office. They got money great, it's like giving an alcoholic booze because the one thing these idiots have shown is they don't know how to effectively spend money. I just have to say GO SEAHAWKS! because our baseball team sucks ass too.
So Monday I installled a new light fixture ALL BY MYSELF. Of course I had a few calls to dad and was taking pictures on my phone and then emailing him - isn't technology fun! Now of course it took me 3hrs to do in a hot sweaty bathroom so you can bet I had numerous expletives that left my lips, sorry mom! Anyway, the bathroom isn't done yet but I'll send pics out when it is.
We are also heading into the 4th of July weekend so I'm looking forward to that. We are going to go to a friends house and hang out and watch the fireworks. They live in Seattle so we should have a good view and it will be fun to hang out with them. As much as I enjoy going home, its nice to stay over here and hang out with friends. Holiday weekends are such a nightmare with the ferries and stuff.
Before I go how about that frickin' Thundershower-Massive Rain-Water Explosion that happened around 6ish today? What was that, that was insane! I had my sun roof half open so I got just pummeled with rain - somebody must have been dancing real hard.
