Holy Gingerbread Houses Batman!!

Hey everybody. Well, so far I've written more blogs in the last two days than I have in the last three months. I've gotten off to a slow start, but now I'm finding my groove, much like

my beloved Seahawks. As I mentioned, the Foxes and Galvans came over for a continuation of Holly's bday weekend. We headed out to Bellevue Square where we went to one of Holly's favorite places, PF Changs. Before that, she successfully spent the gift cards I had gotten here plus a little more so it was a good shopping day. Here's a pic of Holly and I at the restaurant and yes that's me with glasses.

After dinner, we went back to our house to make Gingerbread houses. It was a lot of fun and I think everyone had pretty creative ideas and made some really cool designs. I've included some pics of the evening and as you can see it was pretty fun.

The pic to the right was the pregame before the madness began. The calm before the storm if you will.

Jenny and Jose with their creations:

More fun at the table!

And finally the finished products! I'll list them in order from L-R, and hopefully they're correct. You be the judge.

Jose, Jenny, Barb, John, Don, Chase Holly. I do have close ups of each but maybe I'll post those later.

Oh, and here's a gratuitous picture of the coolest Pug in the world
Laura, I really need help trying to format these blogs with pictures and text, as you can see it's sort of chunky and not as clean as I'd like. Enjoy, and Go Seahawks!

Oh Christmas Tree

Hello friends and family. As promised, here is the latest installation of news and pictures for your viewing pleasure. Holly and I recently got a Christmas tree which she did a fantastic job decorating with my help. Here's a shot of it in our living room.

A few weeks ago we went with the Foxes (those are real people, not a group of foxes) to get their Christmas tree. We can't remember the name of the place but they have the best apple cider, oh and a lot of trees. We didn't bring Cooper becuase he would try to water the trees if you know what I mean. Here's a picture of Holly and I on the tree farm.

Here's another one of me and Chase being totally cool:

Here's a nice picture of Holly and Coop just hanging on the couch.

This is one of Coop's favorite spots on the couch. You can see his cool scarf around his neck.

It was Holly's bday yesterday. She got some really cool stuff from her boss and I got her some gift cards to a couple of her favorite stores. I really wanted to get her these Ugg boots but unfortunately they were sold out - doh! I also made her breakfast AND dinner as I wanted it to be special day. We were supposed to go ice skating but we were both tired and instead watched Da, Da, Da, Da Grinch!! We've agreed to go Monday instead so I just hope I don't kill myself. So today we are having the Foxes and the Galvans over for a continuation of Holly's bday. We'll be eating at PF Changs in Bellevue followed by gingerbread houses and hot cocoa w/whipped cream at our place later - yum! They are staying over the night and then we are all going to watch the Seahawks pummel the Panthers, GO HAWKS!!! BIRDS OF PREY!!! See ya, J&H&C
